Troubleshooting Steps
If you receive any errors, do these steps in this order:
- Restart your computer.
- Make sure you unzipped all the files out of the download zip file.
- Add the Explorer Tabs folder as an exception to any firewall or anti-viruses. Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7
- Run ExplorerTabs.exe as administrator.
- Install the .NET Framework 4.5 if its not installed already https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
If you have not received your product key in your email, check your email’s spam folder.
If it doesn’t arrive after an hour, try this page.
